Preparing for Your 2026 ELEVATE Enrolment
We’re excited that you’re ready to begin your dance education journey with us! To make your enrolment process smooth, please make sure you have the following information and documents ready before starting the online form.
- Your USI (Unique Student Identifier) number.
- Your SACE or LUI number (if you want to apply for school credits - SA and QLD only).
- A short video explaining the most inspiring person in your life (20 to 30 sec)
- The Dance Genres you are wishing to use for your studying.
- Your chosen class time according to the timetable below (choose ONE session per week).
- Have your 'Studio Website name' ready in this format without 'www.' (e.g. write empowerdance.com.au
- Authorisation from a parent/guardian if you are under 18.
- A credit card ready to pay your $500 enrolment fee.
- Select your preferred payment plan (Pay in Full, Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly)
